The 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material Flame Resistant Fabric 8987 helps enhance the visibility and safety of the wearer during daytime, at night or under low light conditions such as bad weather. This fabric is composed of wide angle, exposed retroreflective lenses bonded to a durable cloth backing that is made of 94% polyester, 6% nylon tricot knit.The 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material Flame Resistant Fabric 8987 is designed for use on safety garments, athletic wear and casual wear. When properly used, reflective material helps enhance wearer visibility at night time or in low light conditions when illuminated by a light source, such as headlights, by reflecting the incident light and focusing it back towards the original source.
