3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX Pneumatic Applicator

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX Pneumatic Applicators are used to dispense two-component 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesives packaged in 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Duo-Pak (DP) Cartridges. There are a variety of pneumatic applicators available to match the needs of your manufacturing process.Our EPX, or Exact Proportion Mixer makes dispensing adhesive clean and easy with minimal waste. Air pressure drives the dual pistons directly into the 3M Scotch-Weld Duo-Pak Cartridge, applying equal pressure and feeding the adhesive into the mixing nozzle (sold separately). The mixing nozzle mixes the two-part compound and dispenses activated adhesive. 3M Scotch-Weld Pneumatic Applicators ensure accurate measurement, thorough mixing and precise placement of material. Other advantages include improved mixing ratio accuracy with no hand mixing required and efficient use of adhesive.
